Domestic orders within Japan typically arrive within 2-4 business days. International orders can take 5-14 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's progress on the carrier's website.

We use Yamato Transport for domestic Japan deliveries and EMS/DHL for international shipments. The carrier is chosen based on the destination and package size.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Contact our support team at support@24above.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Regular sale items follow our standard 14-day return policy.

Our sizing is based on Japanese standards, which tend to run smaller than Western sizing. Please refer to our Size Guide page for detailed measurements and we recommend sizing up if you are between sizes.

We use premium materials sourced from Japan, Italy, and other select regions. Specific material compositions are listed on each product page. Common materials include heavyweight cotton, technical nylon, Japanese denim, and merino wool.

Care instructions vary by garment and are listed on the inner tag. As a general rule, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and air drying to preserve the fabric and shape. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.

Some core collection items are restocked regularly. Limited edition and seasonal pieces are typically produced in small quantities and may not be restocked. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified of restocks.
